The Mathematics Of Love

(01.23.2007 - 12:25 am)

TIME:
Isnt it amazing how time just trudges along all on its own schedule? Completely unaware of you and your problems, desires or fears, it just keeps on tick, tick, ticking away at your life. It goes on even with you pulling against it with all your might, trying as hard as you can to push it faster or even secretly devising ways to split time into two separate threads to create more time, it goes on completely oblivious of not only you and I, but of all of us.

LIFE:
Life, it seems to me, is what happens to us while moving from point A to point B in order to better ourselves, our situations, or even our mindset. In spite of all the planning, scheming and dreaming we open our eyes from time to time and notice things that werent as they were before. Usually these differences are not of the planned variety, but like bad houseguests we seem to accept them in stride and remold our plans to fit this new element into the grand scheme. Amazing things we are, if you think about it really.
The thing that always amazes me the most, when, and if I think about or realize it, is that we never really achieve the planned goal as exactly we had in mind originally. We possess the ability to adapt, overcome and improvise if only in our minds adjustments that seem to, if only to ourselves, keep us on a preplanned charted course for the original destination.

LOVE and HAPPINESS:
How strange is it that two of humankinds most often asked questions are they themselves the answer to each the other? The answer to the question; What is love, is the question to the answer of; and that is what happiness is. Therefore we prove mathematically that Love = Happiness + Life - Time. (Lo=H+Li-T)
(T=Li+H-Lo)
(H-Lo+T=Li)

Then again, perhaps I am completely insane, which is something you knew a long TIME ago didnt you?

Sorry for the long absence folks.
Love and starry eyed kisses
